冬の装備（冬の持ち物について）

☆道東の冬の平均気温がマイナス５度ぐらいになります。当然、寒いのですが、晴れている日などは散策前からかなり着込んでしまうと汗をかくほどです。

一番良いのが、重ね着をするのが良いです。

ガイドの私の場合は、下半身は冬用のブーツ、ウールの厚手靴下、タイツ、冬用のズボン、冬用のゴアテックスのズボン、上半身は化繊下着、長袖上着、フリース、ゴアテックジャケット、手袋、ニット帽

冬は、汗をかいてしまうと冷えの原因にもなりますので、汗をかかないようにこまめに服装の調整をすることが必要になります。

服装の例として

・スキーのウエア等・フリース・化繊長袖・手袋・厚手の下着・ニット帽

・厚手の靴下（ウールで裏の生地がパイルの物）・スノーブーツ

・あればサングラス、ゴーグルなど雪で反射した太陽光が直接目に入るため雪眼になり、夜寝れないほど、目がおかしくなります。

・携帯カイロ　  

※スノーシューご参加の場合スニーカーなどでも大丈夫です。

　靴の上から履くオーバースパッツを無料で貸し出しています。

　サイズが21ｃｍ～27センチ

　ご希望の場合は必ずツアー前日までご連絡ください

　スニーカーで参加される場合、靴の中に入れるカイロをおススメ致します。

※レインウエアーなどは斜面で転倒した際、雪に対して滑りが良いため滑落が止まらない可能性があります。

※当社で無料貸し出しのスノーシューのサイズが足のサイズが２１ｃｍ～２７センチになります。

[About clothes]
The average temperature in winter in the eastern Hokkaido will be about minus 5 degrees. Naturally, it is cold, but on sunny days you may sweat if you wear too much clothes.It is useful to wear layers.

In my case as a guide, I wear winter boots, thick wool socks, woolen socks, tights, winter trousers, winter gore-Tex pants on lower body and garment underwear, long sleeve outerwear, fleece, Gore-tek jacket, gloves, Knit Cap on upper body.
In the winter, sweating will cause chilling, so it will be necessary to adjust your clothes frequently so as not to sweat.

As an example of clothing
-Ski wear etc,Fleece,synthetic fiber long sleeve,gloves,thick underwear,knit cap
-Thick socks (cloth of the back with wool) Pile ・ Snow boots
-sunglasses, goggles
-disposable hot pack

Please refrain a rainwear because there is a possibility you will not be able to stop to fall if you fall down on the slope.
*The foot size of the snowshoe for free rent is between 21cm - 27cm.
